With all that said, like always if you are only going to workout for 15 minutes then you must push to your maximum if you want results! You should be out of breath and dripping sweat at the end of these, if not, then you didn't push hard enough. That is what is so great about these workouts, they can be tailored to fit everyone's needs and skill levels so there are no excuses!
